Overview
Room Custom Fields are available on rooms to all users and not only to the user that created them. Admins and users with Manage Custom Fields permission can create, edit and delete Custom Fields.
Getting There
You can access the Manage Custom Fields page thru the Manage room menu.
Another way of getting to manage Custom Fields is accessing thru the File Information panel.
Managing Custom Fields
Admins and users with Manage Custom Fields permission can create, edit, delete, mass show and mass hide Custom Fields.
To create a new custom field, just click on Custom Fields Actions button and select the Create New Custom Field option.
Type a Name and check or not the options to set the field as Hidden or Read Only. You need to select a field Type and you can also specify a Sort Order. Then click on OK button.
Deleting and Editing Custom Fields
Custom Fields can be deleted by clicking on the X icon or you can also select multiple fields and go to Custom Fields Actions button and select the Delete Selected Field(s) option.
In order to edit a Custom Field, just click on the edit icon and change any setting except for the Type.
