Overview
A user having "Request Documents" permission and Room Administrators are able to manage document requests. A Room Admin will be able to manage all requests created in the room by any user, whereas a user having "Request Documents" permission will be able to manage only his own requests.
Getting There
You can access Document Requests management page by:
- clicking on Manage room menu > Document Requests
- clicking on Tools dropdown menu > Document Requests
- right clicking the room from My Rooms page and selecting the Document Requests option (this is only valid for Admin users)
Manage Room Document Requests
When you click on "Document Requests" option, a page like the one below will be opened.
Click on "Request Actions". The following actions can be performed on a document request:
New Request
Create a new document request. For more information on this topic please see Creating Document Requests article.
Close Request
Closing a request will prevent recipients from uploading more documents to this request. Recipients will receive an email notifying that the request has been closed. On Management screen, Closed column will be checked.
Reactivate Request
Closed requests can be reactivated so that recipients can continue uploading documents.
Resend Request Email
When this option is selected, recipients will receive again the email indicating that a document request has been sent.
Change Expiration Date
The expiration date for the selected request can be changed just by selecting a new date on the calendar and clicking Ok.
