Room Tags are tags that are available to all users and not only to the user that created them. Admins and users with Manage Tags and Codes room permission can create, edit and delete Room Tags.
In order to Manage Room Tags, you need to click on Manage room menu or right click the room from My Rooms page and select the "Manage Room Tags" option (this is only valid for Admin users).
This option is also available through File Information panel, Document Tags section.
Managing Room Tags
Manage Room Tags page allows to create, edit and delete all room's tags. The window will look as the one below:
To create a new tag, just click on New Tag button, type a name and click Ok.
Names are unique, so you cannot create two Room Tags with the same name; but you are allowed to create a Room Tag named after a Personal Tag.
Clicking on the X on the grid, will delete the Room Tag.
Tags can be deleted only if no documents are assigned to them, no expedite rule specifies them among the rule's actions and/or they aren't used in any production (despite the production status).
If you try deleting a tag under any of those conditions, a notification will be displayed indicating that this is not possible.
To Edit a tag, click on edit icon next to the tag's name. A window like the one below will be displayed. Just rename it and click Ok. You should see that the new name is updated on Document Details panel.
