Multifactor Authentication (If Enabled)
If Multifactor Authentication (MFA) is enabled for the environment:
- After entering valid credentials, the User will be prompted to verify identity
- A verification code may be sent via the configured authentication method
- Enter the verification code to complete sign-in
Access will only be granted after successful verification.
If the verification step fails or expires, the User must repeat the login process.
Language Selection
The login page includes a Select Language option.
Users may change the display language before signing in.
Currently supported languages include:
- English
- Japanese
- Korean
- Spanish
Selecting a language updates the login page interface accordingly.
If a preferred language is not available, contact the Site Administrator or Support for additional information.
Sign Out
To securely end a session:
- Click the User profile or system menu
- Select Logout
The system will terminate the active session and return the User to the login page.
After Signing Out
After logout:
- The active session is closed
- The User must re-enter credentials to regain access
- Previously opened Rooms and views are no longer accessible
In environments configured with SAML authentication, Login as a Different User option will be available. It bypasses automatic SAML authentication.
For security purposes, Users should always log out when accessing QuikData from a shared or public device.
Notes
- Login credentials are case-sensitive.
- MFA may be required depending on system configuration.
- Logout immediately ends the active session.
- Closing the browser without logging out may not fully terminate the session, depending on system timeout settings.
By properly signing in and signing out, a User ensures:
- Secure access to assigned Rooms
- Protection of account credentials
- Proper session termination on shared devices
