Productions Report

Overview

This report is available on eDiscovery rooms only.  It displays all numbered and produced productions generated on the room. 

Getting There

Only Admins can access this report and can be accessed in 2 ways:

- Through Manage > Reports menu.

- Right click on Productions folder and Open Productions Report.

The Report looks like the one below:

The following columns are displayed:

• Begin and End Bates
• # Documents
• # Pages
• Created By
• Produced Date
• Produce PDF, Produce Native, Produce Text, Produce TIFF/JPG: are checked/unchecked according to what it was produced.
• Produced Native File Types: will list file extensions that were produced natively.

Actions

The following actions can be performed:

Open this Production in room
