Document Location Report

Overview

This report is available on ALL SEARCH HITS folder only.  It displays information from all documents retrieved as matching results during the search. 

Getting There

Run any search and right click ALL SEARCH HITS folder.  Document Location Report option will be displayed if the search returned matching results.

The Report looks like the one below.  It shows for each document the folders where the document is present.  The folders considered are: work, production, saved search and e-discovery folders.

The following columns are displayed:

• Doc Id
• File Name
• Folder Name
• Folder Path
