Overview
The application grants Site Administrators and Environment Administrators, access to each room metrics' data, allowing them easy tracking of billing information.
Getting There
You can access Room Metrics Report by clicking on Site Admin menu and selecting the report's option.
If you are an Environment Administrator, you can access the report by right clicking the environment and selecting Room Metrics Report option. The report will only show rooms from the selected environment.
Information
When you access the report, a confirmation message is shown, warning that the execution may take some time.
After you agree and the report is executed, a list of all ONLINE rooms/templates from all environments is shown.
For each room the following data can be reviewed:
- Environment Name and ID
- Room Name and ID
- Client
- Matter ID
- Users Count: total number of Active users added to the room. Inactive/disabled users aren't counted. If the room requires 2nd Level Approval, users awaiting for approval aren't counted.
- Documents Count: total number of unique documents (after extract, if selected) and all their non deleted versions are counted. If documents were deleted but still shown in Recycle Bin, they are still considered. When Recycle Bin is emptied, documents are no longer counted.
- Non Imported Native File Size (GB)
- Total Imported File Size (GB)
- Total Size (GB): total room files size shown in Gigabyte.
- Imported Native File Size (Bytes)
- Imported PDF File Size (Bytes)
- Imported Text File Size (Bytes)
- Non Imported Native File Size (Bytes)
- Total Size (Bytes)
Note: Documents Count and Total Room Size do NOT consider List Item Attachments.
