Decrypting Password Protected Documents

Overview

Each time a password protected document is uploaded, the system checks for already saved passwords  (from other password protected files previously uploaded on that room)  and it will manually decrypt it if it finds a match. If not, the user will have to manually decrypt it.

How Can I manually decrypt a Password protected document?

In order to decrypt a password protected document, you need to right click on the document and select "Provide Password" option under "Processing" menu.

In the pop up window shown, the password must be provided.

Once the password is provided, if its correct, the password will be saved , and a green notification will be shown to indicate it was succesfully decrypted. 

Instead, if the password is incorrect, a magenta message will be shown, the document will not be decrypted and will remain slipsheeted.
