The application allows to send email reminders to users that haven't completed signing yet.
Admins will have the option to send email reminders to all assignees at once or to each user individually.
Sending Email Reminders
Just focus the document for which you want to send the reminders. On Document Details panel expand Signature Request section.
You can send reminders to all users with pending signatures at once, just by clicking the Email Reminders icon shown on the top right corner of the Opened Signature Request table. Each user that hasn't signed yet (shown in pink), will receive the same email as when the signature request was sent for the first time.
Another way of sending email reminders is through the Signature Request page. To get there, you should click on the View Request icon shown on the top right corner of the Opened Signature Request table.
A new browser tab will be opened. Assignees section on the left, will show a bell icon that allows you to send email reminders to all users with pending signatures at the same time.
You can also send individual emails by clicking on the bell icon shown for each assignee with Pending status.
