When a user requests you to sign a document, you will receive an email like the one below.
Just click on the "Open Request" button and a new window tab will be opened on your browser.
In order to complete the signature process, there is no need to login. This allows users that belong to the site as well as users that have never registered before, to easily access, read and sign the document.
Each recipient of the request, when opening the Signature page, will only see their own signatures. The first signature is focused by default indicating the user where he should start signing. If more than one is required you can move between boxes by clicking on the Next button shown on top of the page.
Creating a New Signature
If the recipient has never signed any document before, when clicking on the signature box, he will first need to register a new signature. When Create Signature window is opened, you can choose between Draw and Style options.
Draw will allow you to sketch the signature.
Style will show the handwriting representation of what you type in the text box.

When a signature has already been registered, the next time you try to sign a document it will be automatically shown. You can select it or choose to create a new one. Each user will have only one signature saved. |
Once you have selected your existing signature, if you click on it again you will have two more options available, Change and Clear. | ![]() |
Completing the Signature Request
Once you have signed all the boxes, you can submit your signed version of the document by clicking on the Apply button shown on top of the page.
After all signatures have been applied, you can download your signed version of the document by clicking on the Download button shown on top of the page. If you are the last user signing, you will get the final signed version of the document (signatures of All other users are included).
After the user has generated his signed version of the document, he can't change it. Signatures cannot be undone. If he enters the Signature page again, he will get the option to Download the document.
