My Notifications

Overview

The application enables users to easily access all the folder notifications from a Room.

Getting There

My Notifications page is accessible for each Room you have access to.  There are two ways to access

My Rooms Right-Click Context Menu

My Notifications can be accessed by navigating to the My Rooms page by using the right-click context menu in the Rooms List.

Right click the Room that you wish to access, and select My Notifications menu item.

My Notifications can also be opened from within a Room by clicking the Tools drop down menu and clicking the My Notifications menu item.

My Notifications

On My Notifications, users will see all folders that have notifications configured.

For each folder the frequency selected is shown and if recursive option was selected it's also specified.

Notify Immediately column will be shown on hidden, depending on the value of SiteSettingKeyEnum 46.  Please refer to Configuring Site Settings article for additional information.

Change Notifications Options 

This action allows to change the notification frequency and recursive option.  You can select one or more  notifications and edit them at the same time.

Unchecking all notification options and leaving only "Apply to all subfolders of this folder" option will remove notifications from this folder and subfolders.

Once changes are saved, they are automatically applied.

Delete Notification

This action allows to delete one or more notifications at the same time.  Once changes are confirmed, those folders will no longer show the magenta circle.
