Personal Tags can only be seen by the user who created them. Admins or Users with Manage Personal Tags permission can create, edit and delete Personal Tags.
In order to Manage Personal Tags, you need to click on "Manage Personal Tags" option under Tools menu.
This option is also available through File Information panel.
In this case, the user must have Tag and Code Documents in addition to Manage Personal Tags. Document Tags section is only shown when Tag and Code Documents permission is granted.
Managing Personal Tags
Personal Tags can be created, edited and deleted just as Room Tags. The Manage Personal Tags window will look as the one below.
To create a new tag, just click on New Tag button, type a name and click Ok.
Names are unique, so you cannot create two Personal Tags with the same name, but you are allowed to create a Personal Tag named after a Room Tag.
Clicking on the X on the grid, will delete the Personal Tag.
Tags can be deleted only if no documents are assigned to them. If you try deleting a tag that is assigned to one or more documents, a notification will be displayed indicating that this is not possible.
To Edit a tag, click on edit icon next to the tag's name. A window like the one below will be displayed. Just rename it and click Ok. You should see that the new name is updated on File Information panel.
